It is easy for the Facilities Manager <\/a>to connect FacilityBot to LINE. Once connected, the Facilities Manager will need to inform building users (\u201cRequestors<\/a>\u201d) how to find the correct Line channel for their building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 2 primary ways that Requestors can find the correct channel in Line (A) searching for the name of the Line channel and (B) scanning the QR code in the poster. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Finding the correct channel by searching for the channel name<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Open the Line App<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Navigate to the search bar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Type the name of the bot<\/a> provided by the Facilities Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A welcome message will be sent to help the Requestor with the next steps.

    (B)  Finding the correct channel by Scanning the QR code in the poster<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Once FacilityBot has been connected to a Line channel, the Facilities Manager can print a helpful poster with a QR code to guide Requestors to find the correct Line channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Scan the QR code in the poster provided by your Facility Manager using your smartphone<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Tap the arrow to go to Line<\/p>\n\n\n\n
