This article outlines how Requestors<\/a> can make fault reports<\/a> through WhatsApp. Please note that the text messages sent by the bot can be changed by the Facilities Manager and therefore may be different from that shown below.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Find the correct WhatsApp Channel<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Type \u2018Hi\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: A welcome message will be sent to help the Requestor with the next steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Type \u2018Report Fault\u2019 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5: Tap the arrow to open the Report Fault Web Form. Fill up the necessary fields in the Web Form<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6: The Requestor will receive a case ID once the fault report is successfully made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
