{"id":1774,"date":"2021-05-28T13:59:48","date_gmt":"2021-05-28T05:59:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/?post_type=knowledgebase&#038;p=1774"},"modified":"2025-06-03T22:58:19","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T14:58:19","slug":"replying-to-requestors-in-the-responder-mobile-app","status":"publish","type":"knowledgebase","link":"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/responder-mobile-app\/replying-to-requestors-in-the-responder-mobile-app\/","title":{"rendered":"Replying to Requestors in the Responder Mobile App"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Responders can reply directly to and chat with Requestors through the Responder Mobile App. This is useful for Responders to clarify <a href=\"https:\/\/facilitybot.co\/features\/fault-reporting\">fault reports <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/facilitybot.co\/features\/custom-service-requests\">service request<\/a> details with Requestors before attending to the Request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Log in to the FacilityBot <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/ph\/app\/facility-bot\/id1393809491\">iOS<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.rth.facilitybot.staff&amp;hl=en_SG&amp;gl=US\">Android <\/a>Mobile App using a Responder Account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Go to the Request page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Click the \u2018chat\u2019 icon. Please note that if you would like to have a one-to-one conversation with the Requestor, you should pause the bot using the `Pause Bot` button. Pausing the bot prevents the chatbot from automatically replying to the next Requestor message (so that the bot doesn\u2019t interrupt your one-to-one conversation).
