The <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/admin-web-portal\/managing-accounts\/\">Manager \/ Admin<\/a> can make `Processing` images compulsory for Responders.\u00a0 If a blue camera icon is shown, that means that a `Processing` image must be uploaded before the status can be changed to `Processing`.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>`Completion` images are used as evidence that the Responder has completed the Request. The Manager \/ Admin can make `Completion` images compulsory for Responders. If a green camera icon is shown, that means that a `Completion` image must be uploaded before the status can be changed to `Completion`.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To upload photos in the Responder Mobile App, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Log in to the FacilityBot <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/ph\/app\/facility-bot\/id1393809491\">iOS<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.rth.facilitybot.staff&amp;hl=en_SG&amp;gl=US\">Android <\/a>Mobile App using a Responder Account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Go to the Requests Page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Click the blue \u2018camera\u2019 icon to upload a `Processing` image.
