FacilityBot\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/facilitybot.co\/features\/schedule-of-rates\">Schedule of Rates<\/a> feature allows Facility managers to upload and keep track of these prices in the system for each pre-approved vendor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/manager-web-portal\/vendor-management\/\">vendors<\/a> are assigned a request, they can then select the appropriate line item and quantity as a way to quickly quote for the job (approved prices cannot be amended at this stage). This allows you to select the accounts linked to this Schedule of Rates.
