This page would be blank on the first setup. This can be <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/manager-web-portal\/setting-up-messaging-channels\/\">messaging channels<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/manager-web-portal\/making-fault-reports-through-email\/\">email<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/manager-web-portal\/qr-code-web-forms\/\">QR code web forms<\/a>. You can set up multiple channels.
