sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cSend Email To\u201c&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the email addresses of the individuals you want to be notified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once done, click on the \u201cSave\u201d button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With this workflow in place, an alert email will be sent every time a booking is made for the selected facility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allowing Alerts When Facility Booking Is Cancelled<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Managers can enable automatically alerting someone or sending an email when a facility booking is cancelled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Features-&gt;Workflows and select &#8220;+New Workflow.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u201cFacility Booking Canceled\u201d from the \u201cEvent\u201d drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the facility you want to create the automation for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then select \u201cAlert Account\u201d from the actions menu and select the account you want to notify if you want to alert specific accounts when a facility booking is
