In this case, requestors for that building will not be able to access this feature. The facility manager may also change the button and text for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Book Desks Using Webchat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search for the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/webchat\/how-requestors-can-find-facilitybot-webchat\/\">correct channel in Webchat<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201cHi,\u201d \u201cStart,\u201d or other similar phrases to chat with the bot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type or click the \u201cBook Desk\u201d button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bot will provide a link where the desk booking can be made. Open the link to book a desk.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the necessary information, including the start and end times and the zone. Select a desk on the given floor plan.
