Once connected, the Facilities Manager will need to inform Requestors how to find the correct Slack channel for his building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two ways to find the correct channel, (1) scannng the QR code in the poster and&nbsp; (2) adding the FacilityBot app on the workspace through the app directory on Slack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Note: Only members of the workspace can search for the Bot in Slack.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding the Bot in Slack by Scanning the QR Code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scan the QR code in the poster provided by the Facility Manager.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"617\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-39.png 490w, https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-39-238x300.png 238w, https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-39-230x290.png 230w, https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-39-350x441.png 350w, https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-39-480x604.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once scanned, a link will appear.
