In this case, Requestors for that building will not be able to access this feature. The Facility manager may also change the button and text for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article outlines how the Requestor can make a room or common facilities booking through Slack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Search for the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/slack\/how-requestors-can-find-the-correct-slack-channel-by-searching-for-the-bot-name-or-scanning-a-qr-code\/\">correct channel in Slack<\/a>.<\/li><li>Type \u201cHi,\u201d \u201cStart,\u201d or other similar phrases to chat with the bot.<\/li><li>Type or click the \u201cBook Facility\u201d button<\/li><li>Follow the steps in Booking a Facility as guided by the Bot. Select the facility to be booked as well as the desired start and end time.
