In this case, Requestors for that building will not be able to access this feature. The Facility Manager may also change the button name and text for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article outlines how the Requestor can invite a visitor through Slack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Search for the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/slack\/how-requestors-can-find-the-correct-slack-channel-by-searching-for-the-bot-name-or-scanning-a-qr-code\/\">correct channel in Slack<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Type \u201cHi,\u201d \u201cStart,\u201d or other similar phrases to chat with the bot.<\/li><li>Type or click the \u2018Invite Visitor\u2019 button.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(Note: Only users given permission by the Facility Manager are allowed to invite visitors.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The bot will provide a link where the invite can be made.
