{"id":2712,"date":"2022-05-30T11:11:05","date_gmt":"2022-05-30T03:11:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/?post_type=knowledgebase&#038;p=2712"},"modified":"2023-04-14T15:04:36","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T07:04:36","slug":"making-fault-reports-through-slack","status":"publish","type":"knowledgebase","link":"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/slack\/making-fault-reports-through-slack\/","title":{"rendered":"Making Fault Reports Through Slack"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Facility Manager may <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/knowledge-base\/uncategorized\/setting-up-visitor-invitation-form-invitation-emails\/\">configure FacilityBot<\/a> to allow Requestors to make Fault Reports through Slack.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article outlines how Requestors can make <a href=\"https:\/\/facilitybot.co\/features\/fault-reporting\">fault reports<\/a> in Slack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the buttons and text messages sent by the bot can be changed by the Facilities Manager and therefore may be different from that shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Search for the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/slack\/how-requestors-can-find-the-correct-slack-channel-by-searching-for-the-bot-name-or-scanning-a-qr-code\/\">correct channel in Slack<\/a>.<\/li><li>Type \u201cHi,\u201d \u201cStart,\u201d or other similar phrases to chat with the bot.<\/li><li>The bot will reply as configured.
