For example, if a Requestor sends a message such as \u201cYour service is bad\u201d, his sentiment score will automatically be lowered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using FacilityBot\u2019s intuitive dropdown interface, managers can automate the sending of email when sentiment is low. This alert could be useful for the Facility Manager to perform service recovery.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube in to FacilityBot Manager Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to \u201cFeatures\u201d and select \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/workflows\/configuring-workflows\/\">Workflow<\/a>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u201c+ New Workflow\u201d button on the upper right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cLow Sentiment\u201d from the \u201cEvent\u201d drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then select \u201cSend email\u201d from the actions menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the email address of the individual you want to send the email to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once entered, click on the \u201cSave\u201d button to save the changes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure
