can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into the FacilityBot Manager Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Settings then Channels.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sending an Email to Create a Fault Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requestors can send emails to this email address and a fault report will be automatically created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a Subject.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter additional information in the email content.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requestors can also attach up to 5 images to the email.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fault reports should be sent as fresh emails with plain text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forwarded emails will not be captured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emails with rich content or HTML content will not be captured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emails with more than 5 image attachments will not be captured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emails with non-image attachments will not be captured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emails with attachments larger than 10 MB will not be captured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emails with more than 5000 characters will not be
