But actually, FacilityBot can be integrated with any type of IoT sensors. The Lora Gateway will send data to FacilityBot using MQTT. FacilityBot can then show the sensor data in a chart on a dashboard or <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/workflows\/automatically-create-a-request-ticket-when-a-sensor-is-triggered\/\">automatically trigger a request ticket<\/a> if the sensor data exceeds a specified threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Integrating IoT Sensors to FacilityBot Indoor Air Quality Sensor\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4NAtsvVtGV4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating the Sensor in FacilityBot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to FacilityBot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new Sensor in Integrations -&gt; Sensors.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sensor will send quite a few data points, but let\u2019s say we are interested only in parameters called `co2` and `tvoc`. Set this sensor to trigger a request when the `co2` level is greater than 1000.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To capture the sensor data in charts, link this sensor to a meter.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automating Creation of Request When the Sensor is Triggered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A workflow automation can be set to allow the creation of request when the sensor is triggered<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Features -&gt; Workflows, create a workflow to create a new request when the sensor is triggered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuring MQTT Connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lora Gateway also acts as a Network Server.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the network server interface to configure the MQTT connection information from FacilityBot into the network server.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy and paste the Host, Port, Username, Password and Sensor Topic from FacilityBot into the network server interface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Testing the Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the&nbsp; Lora Gateway and the Lora Gateway is connected to FacilityBot, we can test the integration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Sensors Data -&gt; Raw, the sensor is now sending raw data including CO2 and TVOC levels every 10 minutes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because the sensor is connected to 2 meters, the CO2 and TVOC data points have been captured in the meters. Charts are also automatically generated showing the CO2 and TVOC data trends.
