In this case, Requestors for that building will not be able to access this feature. The Facility manager may also change the button and text for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Search for the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/blog\/knowledge-base\/microsoft-teams\/integrating-microsoft-teams-with-facilitybot\/\">correct channel in Teams<\/a>.<\/li><li>Type \u201cHi,\u201d \u201cStart,\u201d or other similar phrases to chat with the bot.<\/li><li>Type or click the \u201cBook Desk\u201d button<\/li><li>The bot will provide a link where the desk booking can be made. Open the link to book a desk.\u00a0<\/li><li>Fill in the necessary information including the start and end time and the zone. Select a desk on the given floor plan.
