In this case, Requestors for that building will not be able to access this feature. The Facility Manager may also change the button name and text for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article outlines how the Requestor can invite a visitor through Viber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Search for the correct channel in Viber.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Click the \u2018Invite Visitor\u2019 button. Note that only users marked as \u201cTenants\u201d by the Facility Manager are allowed to invite visitors.<\/li><li>Fill up the form to Invite a Visitor. Note that Visitor Name, Visitor Email and Visitor Arrival Time are compulsory fields. Additional fields may be added by the Facility Manager.<\/li><li>Once successful, the Requestor will receive the Visit ID as confirmation.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/invite-visitor.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"554\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Facility Manager may configure FacilityBot to allow Requestors to invite visitors to the building through Viber&nbsp;
