This pairing code can be found in the FacilityBot Admin Portal -&gt; Settings -&gt; Visitors -&gt; Sign-In Flow -&gt; Tablet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the pairing code&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/AD_4nXd4x-yHV2wiAENd38FWpFXr38BK8ovlmyA5sOrITSSs1juiuRL_72cc-052ZkGydcBs5euFW743EmwrR-tZCAAAuHnAoozd1kEvR-B6wsdQEQeNavJ4MVPRWds8iil6nbyuIisWLhYS43VQHQqZLd-jB0Ikeyl9ZrJBaEtMFZUoP8004_6A.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connecting with the Bluetooth Printer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a valid pairing code has been entered, you will be brought to the next page to link the iPad App to the Bluetooth printer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that Bluetooth is switched on for both the iPad and the Brother QL-820NWB Label Printer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a Brother QL-820NWB Label Printer is detected, it will appear in the list for selection.
