Currently, only the \u201cSingle-Choice Response\u201d check supports scoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/AD_4nXcQ4FNQ8NkeCm6RHH59-jLGbZ-AimNt4cGZqd3MhRBXqNWdy1QTGTvPbCIKz-iSy_xMeQ8piu5M9lIWwykKYRfCj8ns3r-6HKJn7jncZa0a83JzuWQdGHJDGN2BnBvhCq2lWlNNcd2QnEQfpggEqLYdjNwUkey-VKDcBW1k_KxagVWvlfCxw.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are default scores for each Single Choice Response option. However, you can edit the actual score for each option. Do this by hovering over the score and click on \u201cEdit Actual Score.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/AD_4nXeEv4v1YxxnyfNBX1y2pQG1c_3Pes_u23_YS_eCg0IRo8RxiXdMWrXCKR0z6KcB5zR02YM5p0qgm0kPGfzAuCa_YHq53hK1Biy06nmonteYfk88mHOKxJ60Fo1J3CWujAzuRMmhQ7rNQMpksuhWL5UYlNpgkey-VKDcBW1k_KxagVWvlfCxw.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A side panel will open where you can assign a score to each option. Click on the score and use the arrows on the side to edit.
