For example, Managers can configure processing statuses as \u201cProcessing (pending quotation)\u201d or \u201cProcessing (ready to close)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed requests and fault reports with custom processing status via the Facilitybot Responder Portal and Mobile App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responders can click on the status dropdown to select the status for the
