All rows in the CSV will be imported as new fault reports and appear in the &#8220;Pending&#8221; status. FacilityBot will automatically generate new Case IDs for each case. Note that row 1 of the CSV template contains the column headers. You must use the format DD\/MM\/YYYY hh:mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u2018Fault Type\u2019 column is also compulsory. This field is case-sensitive. Use only the exact Fault Type that you have already configured in FacilityBot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u2018Description\u2019 and \u2018 Fault Location\u2019 columns are free text fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the \u2018Priority\u2019 column, you may only use \u2018low\u2019, \u2018medium\u2019, or \u2018high.\u2019 If this field is left blank, the request will be imported as a &#8220;low&#8221; priority case.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the Location Tag field, use tags that have already been configured in FacilityBot.
