Ltd.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, FacilityBot uses certain third-party service providers (&#8220;<strong>Sub-Processors<\/strong>&#8220;) to deliver the FacilityBot platform. Where this involves personal data of EU\/EEA residents, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)<\/strong> approved by the European Commission; and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfers to countries covered by an <strong>EU adequacy decision<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For transfers involving Singapore-based data, we ensure that Sub-Processors provide a comparable level of protection to the PDPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objecting to a Sub-Processor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Under our <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.facilitybot.co\/software-service-agreement\/\">Software Service Agreement<\/a>, customers who have contracted with us under GDPR-applicable terms have the right to object to the addition of a new Sub-Processor.
