It is a prominent shipyard focused on shipbuilding and offshore wind platforms, playing a critical role in maritime manufacturing, logistics, and industrial growth in the region<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Challenges:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agila Subic faced significant challenges with its facility management process before implementing FacilityBot. The facility was relying on a manual, paper-based system for managing service requests, which led to several issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Difficulty tracking the status of requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inefficient communication between departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays in resolving facility issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited transparency in task assignments and progress updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agila Subic adopted FacilityBot to address these pain points.
