SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approved
FacilityBot has been pre-approved as an IT solution eligible for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) as part of the SMEs Go Digital programme.
With effect from 18 June 2020 to 31 Mar 2022, Singapore-based SMEs will be able to claim 80% of the FacilityBot subscription cost as a grant.

Further, eligible employers for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credits (SFEC) will receive a one-off $10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of the out of pocket expenses on qualifying costs.

For employers / firms eligible for both the PSG and SFEC, the effective support will work out to 98%

For how many years would PSG support be available?
For the Building and Construction sector, the PSG is available to support adoption of sector-specific solutions (e.g. FacilityBot) for ~3 years (until Jan 2023)
What are the steps for firms to claim for the PSG grant?
The steps are
|1||Firm obtains quotation – must not have made payment or signed contract with software vendor|
|2||Firm applies for PSG through the Business Grant Portal (https://www.businessgrants.gov.sg/) and PSG is approved|
|3||Firm makes full payment to software vendor|
|4||Submit one-time claim on Business Grant Portal (after 1 month of software usage)|
How long would the PSG claim process typically take after submission?
Generally, claims would be approved within a month, subject to completeness of furnishing supporting documents.
