Overview
As a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, FacilityBot uses certain third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors“) to deliver the FacilityBot platform. These Sub-Processors may process personal data submitted by our customers in the course of using our services.
This page lists the Sub-Processors we currently engage, in accordance with our Software Service Agreement (Clause 13.5) and our obligations under applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will update this page when Sub-Processors are added or removed, and we will provide customers with reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Data Transfers Outside Singapore / EEA
Several of our Sub-Processors are located in, or may process data in, countries outside Singapore or the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this involves personal data of EU/EEA residents, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission; and/or
- Transfers to countries covered by an EU adequacy decision.
For transfers involving Singapore-based data, we ensure that Sub-Processors provide a comparable level of protection to the PDPA.
Objecting to a Sub-Processor
Under our Software Service Agreement, customers who have contracted with us under GDPR-applicable terms have the right to object to the addition of a new Sub-Processor. If you wish to raise an objection, please contact us within 14 days of receiving notice of the change.
