In this edition, we’re thrilled to unveil a new set of releases designed to make your facility management smoother and more efficient than ever. Here’s what’s new:


(1) Visitor iPAD [NEW]

FCB Visitor is an iPad app for FacilityBot that allows visitors to sign in at reception. It can connect to a Bluetooth printer to print visitor badges. Read more: here.

(2) Deliveries [NEW]

With FacilityBot‘s Deliveries, you can now efficiently match incoming packages with recipients, triggering instant notifications to employees upon package arrival. This streamlined process ensures employees are promptly informed, allowing them to focus on their primary tasks without delay.

(3) Asset Insights Using Generative AI [NEW]

This enhanced asset management feature uses advanced AI to provide actionable insights into asset performance. By analyzing large data sets, it generates predictive analytics, enabling organizations to optimize asset utilization, predict failures, and make informed decisions, ultimately improving efficiency and reducing costs.

(4) Allow single Parent checklist to create multiple Child checklists based on (a) Assets (b) Location Tags [NEW]

The new feature allows a single Parent checklist to generate multiple Child checklists using Assets and Location Tags. This streamlines workflow management by creating tailored, context-sensitive checklists for specific equipment and locations, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual input. Read more: here.

(5) Allow scoring in Checklists [NEW]

(6) Biometric Check In to record Attendance [NEW + IMPROVED]

(7) Failure Codes [NEW]
