Changing Fault SubTypes in the Responder Portal

Fault SubTypes can be easily configured in the Admin / Manager Portal. Each Fault Type can have multiple SubTypes. Fault SubTypes are useful for data analytics purposes to indicate more specifically the SubType that the Request belongs to. 

To change the fault sub-types in the Responder portal, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Requests section

Step 2: Hover over the Request to see the ‘Request Details’ icon

Step 3: Go to ‘Fault Subtype’ and change among the Fault SubTypes options to update the changes. NOTE: This field is only available if the Fault Type of this Request has at least 1 available Fault SubType.
