Sorting Requests in the Responder Portal

Step 1: Go to the Requests section in the Responder Portal

Step 2: Click the ‘Sort’ icon

Step 3: You can sort based on status, case ID, and the time the request has been created. 

Step 4: The Sort icon will be highlighted if a Sort is currently active. Click ‘clear sort’ if you want to remove the current Sort.
