Introduction
FacilityBot now includes the Data Insights Feature, an AI-powered analytics and reporting tool that allows users to ask questions about operational data using natural language queries. Instead of manually building reports or dashboards, users can simply type questions such as “What is the trend of request status over the past 12 months?” and instantly receive AI-generated answers, charts, and data summaries. This feature helps facility managers and operations teams quickly analyze trends, monitor performance, and make faster data-driven decisions across their facilities.
Accessing Data Insights
To access the Data Insights Feature:
- Log in to the FacilityBot Web Portal.

- Navigate to Insights from the left sidebar menu.

- The page will open with:
- Chats Panel (Left)
- Chat and Results Interface (Right)

How It Works
Starting a New Chat
- Click the orange “+ New Chat” button to create a new chat session.

Asking Questions
- Type your question into the Ask about your data… field.
Users can ask questions such as:
- What is the trend of request status over the past 12 months?
- Which locations have the highest number of requests?
- Show completed requests this month
- Request breakdown by location

- Press Enter or click the ➤ send button.
- The AI automatically interprets the query, generates the required data analysis, and retrieves the relevant operational information.

Reviewing Responses
The system generates:
- AI-generated summaries

- Data tables

- Charts and visualizations

- Suggested follow-up questions
Users may:
- Review operational insights

- Ask follow-up questions

- Export charts or CSV data


- Rate responses using 👍 or 👎 feedback buttons

Query History
Previous chat sessions are automatically saved in the Chats Panel, allowing users to revisit past analyses, continue conversations contextually, and easily locate previous queries using the search and filter functions for faster navigation and reference.



The Data Insights Feature helps facility operations teams analyze operational data quickly without manually building reports or dashboards.
