Facility managers and administrators can integrate Procore with FacilityBot to allow a seamless transition from construction to facilities management.
Integrating Procore with FacilityBot
- Log in to FacilityBot Admin Portal.
- Go to “Integrations” then “Procore.”
- Click “Procore Link” to be redirected to the Procore website.
- Log in to your Procore account.
- Once you log in, you will be able to select your company and your project on the dropdown menu.
- Click “Submit” and the integration is done.
Testing the Integration
- Once FacilityBot is integrated with Procore, fault reports created in FacilityBot will be sent directly to Procore. Once a case has been created as a report in FacilityBot, the same case appears as a Punch List item in Procore.
- Punch List items can be assigned to the appropriate contractor in Procore to complete.
- Once done, it can be closed in Procore, and the same will be reflected in FacilityBot.
