FacilityBot’s License Labels feature allows managers to categorize licenses using labels for easier filtering and reporting. This helps distinguish between different types of licenses—such as regulatory, safety, or operational licenses—making organization and tracking much simpler.
How It Works
When enabled, managers can assign labels to licenses. These labels will appear below the license name and can be used for filtering in reports.
Enabling Licenses Labels
To enable and use this feature:
- Log in to the FacilityBot Manager Portal.
- Navigate to Features, then Licenses.
- Hover over the license you want to label and click the pen icon to edit.
- Click “Add License Label”.
- Then click “Create a new label”.
- Enter a label name, choose a color, and click “Create”.
- Select the newly created label and click “Submit”.
- The label will now appear below the name of the license.
To filter contracts using labels:
- Click the filter icon in the Licenses section.
- Choose the label you want to filter by, then click “OK”.
- You’ll now see all licenses categorized under the selected label, helping you quickly access and manage license types.
