Searching for Requests in the Responder Mobile App
To search for Requests in the Responder Mobile App, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to the FacilityBot iOS or Android Mobile App using a Responder Account
Step 2: Go to the Requests Page in the Responder Mobile App
Step 3: Use the Search Bar to search based on the Case ID, Requestor Name and other Request Details
