Viewing Request Histories in the Responder Mobile App
FacilityBot records all events, assignments and changes in status related to each Request. Request histories are useful to understand “who did what, when” for each Request.
Step 1: Log in to the FacilityBot iOS or Android Mobile App using a Responder Account
Step 2: Go to the Requests Page
Step 3: Click on the ‘View History’ icon
