Due Date/Time for Service Requests

Facilitybot allows facility admins and managers to set a due date and time for service requests and fault reports. Email reminders can also be sent to persons assigned to the service request or fault report on or before the due date/time.

Setting Due Date for Requests

  • Log in to Facilitybot Web Portal.
  • Go to ‘Features’ → ‘Requests.’
  • Select a service request to set the due date for. In the ‘Request Detail’ on the right, managers and admins can set a due date by clicking on ‘Set Due Date.’
  • A floating editing panel will appear where the due date can be set. You can set a due date by clicking on a date on the calendar. 
  • Time can also be set by clicking on ‘Select Time.’
  • Once the due date and time has been set, managers and admins can configure reminders to be sent to responders assigned. Managers can set the reminder to be on or before the due date.
  • Once the due date, time, and reminder has been set, click on ‘Submit’ to save the changes.
  • Once set, the Due Date button will change to show the actual due datetime on the request details.
  • If the due date has past, the page will show a red ‘Overdue’ label.
  • If the due date is coming up within 1 day of current time, the page will show a yellow ‘Due Soon’ label.
