Creating A New Request in the Requestor Mobile App

Requests are tickets that are created when a Requestor makes a demand that requires human intervention, such as Fault Reports or Service Requests. This article outlines steps to create a new request in the Requestor Mobile App. 

Step 1: Log in to the Requestor Mobile App

Step 2: Press the green button with a plus sign in the lower right corner of your mobile. 

Step 3: Select a Request Type

Step 4: Fill up the necessary fields. The fields will differ depending on the Request Type selected.

Step 5: Click ‘Create’.

A ticket will be created with a Case ID, to be followed up by the relevant Responder.
